I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to the Advanced Toolware Support (Tom in particular). I was given a project to create over 200 account in our new W2k Domain and the deadline had come and gone due to some Staffing issue. The creation of these accounts were extremely critical I installed the software and tried to get all the features I needed but due to the urgency and lack of knowledge I had regarding this Great software, I needed help. I called the Advanced Toolware Support line and I talked with a Technician that was very knowledgeable of the UserManagemeNT software and seemed Happy to help me practically reconfigure the tool to work the way I wanted it to. I was really impressed at with his patience. This Tech sat on the phone for at least 1 hour to help me. I want to thank you and your staff for creating a software that will do everything I need, and then some, and for having such knowledgeable and patience personnel. Thank you, Thank you. As the principal of a small rural k-12 , I have very little time to spare. I am expected: to teach for half of the school day; be an educational leader of the other half of the day; and to find time after school to serve as our school?s network administrator.
