Specifying the SpaceGuard SRM license code

Once expired, you can still upgrade a demo version to a purchased version. All configuration setting will be maintained and there is no need to reconfigure any settings. You only need to specify a valid license code. The license code is set using the SpaceGuard SRM service configuration.

License code update and retrieval procedure for a single SpaceGuard SRM service:

1. Connect to the SpaceGuard SRM service you want to update

2. Right-click in the network browse tree and select the computer running the SpaceGuard SRM service you want to update.

3. Select "Service Management" > "Configuration..."

4. Navigate to the "Info" tab.

5. Enter your new license code and click verify to assure its validity.
