User Management Resource Administrator
2003 Active Directory Management and LDAP Solution

User Actions: Bulk / Mass User Delete

Deleting domain or local user accounts with all their resources is a snap with User Management Resource Administrator. All a network administrator needs to know is what Organizational Unit a user is located in and their Full Name, User Name, or LDAP Name. This information can be imported into User Management Resource Administrator by a CSV or TXT file. A network administrator can even extract the information from a single Organizational Unit using User Management Resource Administrator’s network browse window.

Example: It’s the end of a school year and as the network administrator you are tasked with deleting all the 2010 student user accounts along with their Exchange email accounts and home directories. By right clicking and pressing display on the 2010 student organizational unit in the network browse window you now have a complete list of all the 2010 students. Now all you need to do is add four simple actions to your project file and configure a few setting presto you're done.

Actions Needed:

  • Get User
  • Delete User
  • Delete Directory
  • Delete Exchange Mailbox
