Command Line Bundle is freeware scriptable command line network connectivity tools.
Are you in need of powerful command line utilities to integrate in your scripts or in your own application? We have put together a bundle of useful command line utilities for managing your network faster and more efficiently:
T4EPortPing
Connects to any TCP/IP port and retrieves the response time and error code. While this is not a real port scanner, it will get the actual socket information from a specified port. You can use this in both MonitorMagic as a standard plugin, or in your own scripts to automatically see which ports are open in your clients or servers.

T4EWebPing
Gets the response time and header code for any input URL; great for testing scripts, execution times and 404 errors on your website. This command line tool features excellent integration in our network monitoring solution MonitorMagic to gather intra/internet script performance data. If you want to view the performance of certain scripts in detail, have MonitorMagic run the webping command line tool as plug-in for a day, store the response time value in a simple access database, and create a graph of the results.

T4ESQL
Connects to any ODBC database and executes a custom query, results can be written to a text file; useful for database monitoring (systables). This command line tool includes the option to read the entire command line and query information from text files, which enables large command structures and queries. It will also list in detail any error messages returned by the ODBC compliant database. Any ODBC database, such as Access, SQL Server, MSDE, Oracle, Sybase is supported.

T4EDirSize
Gets the free and used space of any directory or share also counts the number of special files (encrypted, read only, hidden, system, etc); great for monitoring free space and file statistics. You can use this command line utility to enable share monitoring in MonitorMagic. It greatly extends the standard Disk Monitor by adding details on file attributes, file count and size information. You can also use this tool to retrieve disk performance information when counting all files, thereby projecting the necessity for disk defragmentation.

T4ERexec
This command line utility is similar to the Windows REXEC command, but accepts a password as input and can therefore run in unattended mode. To run commands on a REXEC compatible OS, such as Linux, the REXEC daemon has to be running on the target system. Note that passwords are transmitted in clear text, for a more secure version look to the SSH versions below.
T4ESSH
A secure implementation of the SSH protocol to get access to a UNIX/Linux operating system. This implementation uses the OpenSSH library and can run in unattended mode when using private and public key files.
T4EUnixInfo
This tool uses the REXEC daemon to remotely execute several pre-defined scripts compatible with Linux, to get system specific information such as DISK, MEMORY, SWAP and CPU. This information is easily accessible for MonitorMagic to be used as monitoring plugin. Note that the password to access the remote operating system is transmitted in clear text, look below for a secure SSH implementation.
